HOW DO YOU FILL YOUR TANK WITH RESIN?
When you want to have your tank filled, it must first be thoroughly cleaned. Then a long hose is inserted into the tank through which the resin is injected. This way we ensure that the resin is uniformly distributed everywhere in the tank. So Biofill guarantees 100% complete filling!
The compressive strength (RG) of Biofill can easily be adjusted onsite. You make it as hard as you wish! Normally a compressive strength of RG 18 is used to fill fuel tanks, but this can be adjusted onsite depending on the customer’s wishes and the load that the underground tank must bear.
Biofill fully occupies the volume of the fuel oil or heating oil tank and has a high own weight as of the first day. So your tank will definitely not come floating to the surface if the groundwater level rises.
No chemical products are used, so that employees need not wear any masks or suits when they fill the tank.
